BEM Palace Hotel and Office Building

The building, originally constructed in 1840 and known as the Radeczky Barracks, has been carefully preserved in its monumental facade while a new hotel building has been developed. Behind the entirely preserved facade, a new monolithic reinforced concrete structural system was created, including new basement levels. Behind the building, there is also an office building with an underground garage.
